What is our location?
We have offices and representatives in both Miami and Caracas, allowing us to operate in these two cities.
What commission do we apply for the sale of pre-owned items?
Our commission for each item sold is 30% of the sale price. Once you deliver a product to us, we take responsibility for finding a new owner and completing the sale.
What is the process for placing an item on consignment with us?
To start, please reach out to us via email at poshbydsb@gmail.com. We will request a photo of the item you wish to consign. Afterward, we will schedule an appointment to assess the condition and authenticity of the item. We will agree on a sale price and draft a consignment contract, during which you will leave the item with us for a month to facilitate content recording, publication, and sale. You will receive your payment on the day the item is sold.
What is the fee for our personal shopping service?
Our personal shopping service typically charges 15% of the item’s price. We always aim to secure the best price for you, but exclusive or hard-to-find items may incur additional fees.
Do we ship worldwide?
Yes, once you complete your purchase, we will identify the shipping option that best meets your needs. We will reach out via email to present all available options and inquire whether you would like to insure your purchase. In Miami and Caracas, we prefer to make personal deliveries, especially for high-value items.
